All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

### 3. Estimated Delivery Times
Because we work directly with top-tier global manufacturers to bring you premium products at the best prices, your items may ship from international warehouses. 
* **Standard Shipping (USA & Major Countries):** 7 to 15 business days.
* **International Shipping (Other Regions):** 10 to 20 business days.

### 4. Shipping Rates
* **Standard Shipping:** We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders, which will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout.
* **Free Shipping:** We may offer Free Worldwide Shipping on selected products or orders above a certain threshold (if applicable).

### 5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package online. It may take 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the system.

### 6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Zaarafy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

### 7. Missing or Delayed Packages
If you haven't received your order within 25 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at info@zaarafy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it immediately.
